Airport Transportation

From/To Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA):

Taxi: Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area of each terminal. Fare is approximately $14-$18 to the hotel (10-20 min).

SuperShuttle: Shuttle vans are located at the airport outside the baggage claim area at Ground Transportation. Look for blue vans with yellow lettering. The shuttles make multiple stops and then drop off directly at the hotel. They are available seven days a week. Advance reservations may be made by calling 800-BlueVan (800-258-3826) or online at www.supershuttle.com. The approximate fare is $13 one way. Timing is dependant upon the number of stops required by other passengers.

Metro Subway: The Metrorail system has a station connected to the concourse level of terminals B and C at Reagan National Airport. To get to the hotel, take the Yellow or Blue Lines (marked "Mt. Vernon Square" or "Largo Town Center", respectively) to the Gallery Place/Chinatown stop. Transfer to the Red Line (marked “Glenmont”). Take the Red Line to the Union Station stop (which will be the second stop). The Union Station Metro stop is located three blocks from the hotel. (Scroll to the bottom of the page for directions.) Rental Cars*: Rental car counters are located on the first floor in Parking Garage A. To go to the rental car concessions from the terminals, either:
Ride: Board the "Parking / Rental Car" shuttle which stops at each terminal outside baggage claim. Walk: 10 minutes from terminals A & B. Signage and staff are available to guide you. From/To Dulles International Airport (IAD):

Taxi: Taxis are available on the lower level outside baggage claim. The fare is approximately $60-$80 to the hotel (50-60 min).

SuperShuttle: The SuperShuttle ticket counters are located at the far end of the Ground Transportation Level of the Main Terminal. Look for blue vans with yellow lettering. The shuttles make multiple stops and then drop off directly at the hotel. They are available seven days a week. Advance reservations may be made by calling 800-BlueVan (800-258-3826) or online at www.supershuttle.com. The approximate fare is $26 one way ($9 for additional passengers in the same party). Timing is dependant upon the number of stops required by other passengers.

Metro Subway: The nearest Metrorail station is the West Falls Church Station on the Orange Line. Direct transportation to this station is available from the Washington Flyer Coach Service. Purchase a ticket (one-way or round-trip) at the Washington Flyer Coach ticket counter located at Arrivals Door #4 in the Main Terminal. Travelers will also board the Coach from this location. The buses depart approximately every 30 minutes and boarding announcements are made inside the airport. You may purchase a Metrorail fare card inside the train station at the West Falls Church Metro stop where you will board the train. Trains bound for "New Carrollton" will take you towards Downtown Washington, D.C. For more Metrorail information, call (202) 637-7000 or visit www.wmata.com.

From/To Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI):

Taxi: Taxis are available on the lower level outside baggage claim. The fare is approximately $63 to the hotel (1 hour).

SuperShuttle: Shuttle vans are located at the airport outside the baggage claim area at Ground Transportation. Look for blue vans with yellow lettering. The shuttles make multiple stops and then drop off directly at the hotel. They are available seven days a week. Advance reservations may be made by calling 800-BlueVan (800-258-3826) or online at www.supershuttle.com. The approximate fare is $31 one way ($11 for additional passengers in the same party). Timing is dependant upon the number of stops required by other passengers.

MARC Train: This is a commuter train from BWI to the Union Station Metro stop, which is three blocks from the hotel. (Scroll to the bottom of the page for directions.) The approximate cost is $7 one way. Note: The MARC train runs weekdays only. Call 1-800-325-RAIL or visit www.mtamaryland.com/services/marc/ for complete schedules and fares.

Rental Cars*: Rental cars are located at an off-site facility. Passengers can take a free 10-minute shuttle from the lower level terminal to the rental car facility.

Directions from Union Station Metro stop to hotel:

Walking: The hotel is located three blocks away. Follow the exit signs to get to the front of Union Station. Take E Street (between the semi-circle of flags) to the intersection of E Street, NW, and New Jersey Avenue, NW. The hotel will be directly in front of you.

Taxis: Taxis are available outside the main entrance of Union Station. The approximate fare is $5.50 with possible surcharges.


*Please Note: Indoor valet parking at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is $41.00 per car per night. For SUVs and vans, the cost for valet parking is $48.00 per night with limited space available.
